The size of the kitchen was a real key factor in buying this property. As a keen cook I love to have room to prepare the meal, I need plenty of worktop space so I can get all my ingredients out ready and still have space to work, so the kitchen here with all the storage cupboards as well are perfect for me.
We had a few issues with the heating once we moved in so we had to invest in a whole new heating system including a new combination boiler. Along with the new loft insulation it has really helped to keep the property cosy and warm throughout the cold winter months and save us money on our gas bills.
