When we moved here one of the main reasons was because of St. Peter's Primary School because it has such a great reputation. The garage to the side has an electric roller door and workshop and we have pretty much modernised the house from top to bottom including upgrades to the boiler and wiring.

One thing that would be really exciting is to extend at the side (subject to planning consent) as there is potential to add a double storey addition which would of course make a huge family house.

It's nice to take a stroll over South Weald Country Park and if you have children the Stick Man Adventure Play Trail is great.
