Credit Check (per applicant): £65.00 (Inc VAT). (Non-refundable if theReference Agency decline the application).

Guarantor Fee: (per guarantor) £80.00 (Inc VAT). (Non-refundable if theReference Agency decline the application).
Covering credit referencing and preparing a Deed of Guarantee as part of theTenancy Agreement.

Accompanied Check-in Fee: £120.00 (Inc VAT).
Preparing an Inventory and Schedule of Condition of the property, taking meterreadings for utilities and services, detailing keys, position of water stopcock, gas, electric and water meters, (if applicable) alarm details, (ifapplicable), advising on general information applicable to the property andDeposit Handling charge.

DURING YOUR TENANCY:

ENDING YOUR TENANCY:

OTHER FEES AND CHARGES:

Lost Security Items: £24.00 (Inc VAT) plus item cost.
Obtaining necessary permissions, sourcing providers and travel costs.

Out of Hours Services: Maximum of £67.50 per hour (inc VAT) plus any actualcosts incurred.
Where actions of the tenant results in the agent (or nominated contractor)attending the property. Time to remedy the situation is charged at the hourlyrate.

Unpaid Rent / Returned Payments: Interest is charged at 4% above the prevailingbase rate at H.S.B.C Bank Plc.

Returning of mail to Tenants: £30.00 (Inc VAT), per visit.
