Whitsand Bay Fort Holiday Park offers a range of all weather facilities to make your stay that much more enjoyable. All the facilities are free to use for our guests except where indicated. As well our dining and aquatic facilities we also have an outdoor play area for the children.
Most of the park facilities are centered around `Garrison Square` at the heart of the Fort
New for 2015 we have the picnic & barbeque lawns on the highest point of the park, overlooking the bay. If you are looking to unwind by reading a good book we have a library situated within the old chapel. Books are freely available to borrow, all we ask is that they are returned to the library before you leave. Book donations very welcome.
New for 2015 is the heritage centre, operated by Hidden Heritage packed with information about the history of The Rame peninsula, and Whitsand Bay Fort. For more information click here
`The Vaults`
`The Vaults` is our renowned restaurant and family club. It is located in the original underground officers mess and quartermasters store and provides a great venue to kick back and relax after a busy day on the beach!
Our talented chef`s ensure that the menu is packed with locally sourced products from the land and sea with weekly specials according to the season.
The Vaults also features the "Boat Bar", a quiet snug with a distinct seafaring ambience, with three flat screen TV`s for children`s films and live sport. We also have an American Pool table and free Wi-Fi.
Sunday lunches in the historic `The Vaults` restaurant is arguably the most popular venue on the Rame peninsula, and booking is advisable. Try Chef James`s own local rattler gravy recipe, made only here

`The Beaches` Cafe
The Beaches Cafe offers a wide range of beverages and snacks and is open from breakfast time right through to early evening.
A small shop provides essentials, beach goods, papers, snacks and sweets, chilled foods, bread and milk.
An information centre with leaflets on local attractions and places of interest.
Entrance to the pool is through `beaches` itself.
For those who need to stay connected to the rest of the world there is also PC`s, and free wi-fi available for you to use at any time.

The cafe also doubles up as our on-site convenience store selling newspapers, bread, milk, etc so if you run out of something you don`t need to make a dash to the supermarket.
`beaches` is also an off licence to sell beer, wines and local cider
We also sell a wide range of swimming and beach accessories, that`ll be sure to keep the children entertained during your stay with us.
In front of beaches is the elevated decking area for dining outdoors, and behind beaches, we have the sun terrace and indoor games room.
Indoor Swimming Pool
If you are feeling active or you just want to splash about with the family our heated indoor pool is the perfect place to relax. The pool is heated all year round so you never have to worry about getting too cold!
As well as our main pool we also have a childrens pool which is the perfect place for toddlers and younger children to have fun in a safe environment.To use the swimming facilities is free of charge for guests throughout their stay which means that you can have a lot of fun with the family without having to spend extra money in the process.

In and around Garrison Square you will discover the small outdoor children`s play area. In front of the vaults and new this year will be the beer garden.
Behind beaches lies the family changing rooms and baby changing. Launderette and washing up area is adjacent. Ouside is the sun terrace and table tennis. Next to that is the indoor play area
To the front of beaches is the elevated decking area for the cafe and the pub, and viewpoint looking toward Plymouth and Dartnoor
Further afield from the square you will find spacious picnic and barbeque area`s, next to the monument gun embrasures, with spectacular views in all directions
The Whitsand wildlife Walk circumnavigates the park, and to the seaward side in the bay you will often catch a glimpse of basking sharks, seals and dolphins. Sparrow hawks are regularly above gliding the cliff thermals.

Directions
From the Torpoint ferry drive through Torpoint on the A374 to the village of Antony. Turn left into the village of Antony and follow the road through to the T junction. At the T junction turn left towards Millbrook. After approximately 1 mile, take the right turning on to the coast road. Pass through Freathy and then you will see the signs for Whitsand Bay Holiday Park. Turn left and into the Holiday Park.
