The reason I bought this house was because I was looking for a nice home in a safe and convenient location for me and my family to live in. It has provided the best of both worlds, as the town centre and station are within walking distance but the property is on a quiet cul-de-sac away from the hustle and bustle.

Although originally it was our much loved family home we had to relocate for work purposes. We had no problem with finding a tenant and my tenants have been wonderful and have really looked after my house. If an investor were to purchase this house then I believe my tenants would love to stay, if the investor buyer wanted to keep them on, of course.
