When we were looking for our next home, we wanted somewhere which offered plenty of space but wasn’t too far from all the things you need. This one certainly ticked all the boxes; it's only a couple of minutes into Banstead Village or the big 24 hour supermarket and the nearby train stations make it so easy to commute into London.
There is good access to the M25 and Gatwick Airport so it's easy to get away for holidays here or abroad. We've also enjoyed many lovely walks on the nearby, beautiful Epsom Downs.
We love our garden which is manageable, quiet and private, but also a great size for enjoying barbecues and entertaining.
