We have loved every minute of the last 30 years we have spent here. When we were looking we wanted something that offered us an easy commute into London - it used to take me 50 minutes from the front door to my desk, yet still within a peaceful neighbourhood.
We are lucky to have wonderful neighbours and there is a lovely community spirit in the road. We have 2 dogs and are often seen walking them over the recreation ground, but if we fancy stretching our legs further we will head to Epsom Downs Racecourse and enjoy the views and countryside.
