Running southwards the hidden Tamar Valley steeped in 18th century mining  history is renowned for salmon fishing and runs to historic Plymouth sound with all its yachting activities and the Continental ferry port.

The city of Exeter is 51 miles to the east providing M5 motorway link,  Inter-city Rail Link and International Airport. 

Treraven is a detached, traditional cottage of stone walls beneath pitched roof with slate cladding. There is a  traditional one bedroom annexe known as Hawk within the grounds, and set away from the road a two storey vernacular barn with nearby, single storey barn.
