We were living in Aldwick and had to relocate for employment purposes and needed to be close to the A24. After looking at different areas we decided to focus on the Horsham area and really liked the village of Southwater. We viewed several properties and although this one was a lot smaller it just clicked with us and we knew it would be ideal for us and our children with good schools nearby. We have been here for twenty years and the house has grown with us and our children to suit our needs but now that they have moved out we do not need the space and have decided to relocate to Wiltshire where we have extended family.

We will be very sad to leave this home and its lovely memories.
