Property description
'WOW' is a word that should come up a lot whilst exploring this fabulous well laid out bungalow which is nestled away in a quiet sought after cul-de-sac.
As you approach you will notice a large front garden and generous parking facilities leading up to a garage. By looking at the facade of this home you will not be able to conceive the sheer amount of space on offer! The side entrance door opens through to a generous entrance hall which is in two parts. The spacious lounge is bright and airy and you will have no trouble arranging your furniture to suit whilst enjoying views over the front garden through the large windows. The stunning kitchen area/dining area is sleek in design and just perfect for entertaining friends and family. You will look for any excuse to hone your cookery skills in here and if it's cold just switch on the under floor heating.
There are three bedrooms off the second part of the entrance hall and the master bedroom has a lovely en-suite shower room. There is a further modern family bathroom which has a separate shower cubicle so if you are thinking of this as a family home you won't have to worry about the morning rush.
The rear garden alights onto a large beautifully finished Indian sandstone patio which is broken up to the raised lawned areas by sleepers. You will want to show this garden off in the summer months and it finishes off this home perfectly.
What the Owner says:
My brother and I were looking for a property together and ultimately wanted something we could put our own stamp on. We were looking generally in Horsham and struggled to find something that we both agreed on. We had not considered Southwater and our sister called us about this bungalow in the village that needed work. As we drove into the road we really liked the feel of it and how quiet it was. As we approached the property we were impressed by the plot and the parking and once inside we could see it was a blank canvass.
We have enjoyed extending it but our lives have moved on and we are now looking to buy separate homes but will be very sad to leave.
