We were already living in Southwater and really wanted to stay locally, but with an expanding family we needed something bigger and ideally detached. We walked the dog through York Close and saw the board go up and thought the property was very attractive, so as soon we got home we called Sue at Cubitt & West to arrange a viewing.

It was only the second house we had viewed but knew straight away it was going to be a long term family home as it is light and airy and had exactly the right layout. The private garden sealed the deal.

We have been very happy here for the last 13 years and will be sad to leave but wont be moving far away.
