We were living in Southwater and needed more space so we started looking at a few properties but ultimately wanted something that we could renovate. When we came to see this property we really liked the road itself. Once inside we could see that it needed a lot of work but that was not a problem because we loved the flow of the property. We made an offer immediately and were lucky enough to secure it.
Over the years we have carried out many improvements and have really enjoyed renovating, it has been an amazing place to bring up our children. We weren’t really considering selling but we have seen another project in Southwater and are very keen to put our own stamp on it.
