When we were looking for a family house we wanted good transport links, garage and parking, cul-de-sac and good size rooms. When we viewed we could not believe our luck because the house had all of the above and more.

It turned out to be a great decision because we have really enjoyed the 40 years we have lived here. Now that our children have grown up and moved out we have decided to relocate out of London.

It will be a sad day when it comes to handing over the keys to the new owners but hope that they enjoy the property as much as we have.
