DESCRIPTION
This modern end terrace house takes up a handy position, tucked away from but with easy access to both the A377 and the Tarka Line train station which serves Exeter and Barnstaple, with the bonus of having it’s carport and off road parking immediately beside it.
The property is presented in show home condition with light and neutral colours having been used throughout, plus improvements carried out by the current owners to make it a beautiful home such as new floor coverings throughout in 2015 and a modernised kitchen in 2016, include oak worktops, new sink and oven. The lounge diner is a lovely room, plus there’s a handy downstairs WC. Upstairs are three bedrooms with the master enjoying large built in wardrobes and an attractive feature wall, plus there’s a white suite family bathroom also upstairs. There is also built in storage on both floors, mains gas central heating and uPVC double glazing.
Outside there’s the carport (5.8m x 2.7m) with off road parking in-front (5.3m) and then a side access gate leading to the child and dog proof rear garden (8m x 7.5m) which the current owners have levelled off and laid to lawn.
Shambles Drive is a development managed by Meadfleet and so there’s a £60 fee payable every 6 months. The coach house above the carport pays for that buildings insurance and charges just £10 per annum for this.

Copplestone is a 5-minute drive west of Crediton on the A377, a main route into the City of Exeter. A stone’s throw to the southwest is Dartmoor National Park, renowned for its invigorating walks and sublime scenery. Previously a traditional farming hamlet, Copplestone has grown over the years, and now offers a fantastic selection of new-build, fully modern homes. This, coupled with its own primary school and locality to Queen Elizabeth’s Community College in Crediton, makes it perfect for families moving to Devon. The village has a strong camaraderie between residents, with a local church holding many events and in the local pub The Cross – where patrons chat by an open fire and enjoy fine ales. The pub gets its name from a 3m carved granite cross, found in the village centre, of Saxon origin and steeped in mythology. There is also a shop/post office for convenience, and regular transport links (bus and train) towards Exeter, North Devon and Okehampton.
DIRECTIONS
From Crediton head west on the A377 for 4 miles, continue through Copplestone village centre, bearing right to stay on the A377. Just before leaving the village turn right into Shambles Drive, the property will be found about 50 yards down on your right.
