SANDFORD

DIRECTIONS 
From Crediton take the road to Sandford, passing Forches Cross, proceed for another half mile.  From West Lodge Cross bear left as signposted to Newbuildings and Morchard Bishop.  Proceed for about one and a half miles.  At Cross Hill Cross turn left and follow this road for just over half a mile and the property will be found on the right hand side. Proceed up the driveway and parking is found to the rear of the cottage.
