This house is very warm and spacious and really is a fantastic family home. It has so much to offer from the large driveway, which I had widened to make it easier for access out onto the road, to the potential to extend, as the neighbours have done, to the side of the house (subject to planning).
There has also been a great sense of community with the lovely neighbours who all look out for one another.
I have had the garden made secure as I often look after my daughter's dog. I never have to worry about him whilst he's outside.
I will be sad to leave, but have decided it is now time to hand it over to a new family.
