When we first saw his property we loved the large south facing rear garden and the scope to extend, the location is great as from here there are primary and secondary schools nearby in Ramsgate and Broadstairs and the house is on the loop bus route with Dumpton Park railway station also just around the corner.
There are convenience shops on Hereson Road, a couple of nice pubs within walking distance and the beach at Dumpton Gap and King George VI Park are also nearby.
