Property description

Are you looking for a house that will give your growing family the space it needs? Well look no further than this lovely home set in an elevated position giving rooftop views over towards the coast.

The current owners have made the most of the front garden which catches the sun all day when it shines. They have fenced it all around and made a safe place for children to play and for grown ups to relax. The rear garden is landscaped with a tiered level and a courtyard and there is useful off road parking for several cars with a car port which is accessed from the rear via a private road.

Inside the property the layout is spacious and airy with an open plan lounge/diner and a further conservatory to spread out and find your own space. But the 'piece de resistance' is the annex. It's difficult to find a house that already has one and the versatility is amazing. Do you need somewhere to work from home or perhaps you have a family member who needs their own independence but remain close to you? The annex is self-contained with private access and plumbing ready to be hooked up to make a shower room. Sound good?

Bedroom 3 is currently used as a dressing room with a door connecting to bedroom 1 and can easily be changed back. But why not keep it that way if you don't need all these bedrooms? It has to be everyone's fantasy to have their own dressing room after all.

What the Owner says:

We chose this house initially as it suited our family in every way.

The location is perfect for getting out and about which was essential not just for our then teenage children's lives as it was for us. The bus route provides convenient links into town and Portslade train station is just over half a mile away. Road links are easily accessed with A27 a short drive away.

There is a choice of schools close by too and of course so is Boundary Road for a great variety of shopping.

We are now only moving to down size as our family have all moved on but we are ideally looking to stay in the same area as we can't imagine living anywhere else.
