We looked around at a number of homes about five years ago but as soon as we walked into this one we were taken in by how light it was and the real homely feel it has. The size of the garden was a huge pull for us as well (plenty of room for all of the kids toys!)
We also saw past its condition to what we could transform it into. Since we have been here we have put in new double glazing, a new heating system, a new kitchen, a new bathroom and much more. We have had a fantastic time in this house and hope the new owners enjoy it as much as we have.
