DIRECTION From the A30 at Chiverton Cross roundabout, take the exit signposted to St Agnes, do the same at the mini roundabout and proceed along the B3277, after approximately quarter of a mile take the first left, then turn right signposted to Mount Hawke and stay on this road. Enter the village and continue past the church on the left, then turn right into Shortcross Road and proceed towards the local shop and post office. From here continue a little bit further go past the Methodist church on the left and after a short distance the property can be found on the left hand side.
