From Callington proceed towards Gunnislake/Tavistock on the A390 road turning off left after approximately 1 mile from the town on the road that leads up to Kit Hill. Continue over to the junction with the B3257 road around Kit Hill and continue straight over where signposted to ’Luckett’. Proceed down into the village and continue just up the other side where by the first turning on the left the property will be found immediately in front on the corner.
