There were many reasons for buying this property when we did, and a lot was to do with the location and the look of the house.
As soon as you pull up it is a pretty double fronted property as the garage has been converted and gives it really nice kerb appeal. The property is situated within easy walking distance to local shops, the town and seafront, which makes it really convenient.
The area is also really quiet and that was another great factor for us.
