Before we came across this house, we have viewed lots of properties. This one just came onto the market and we were lucky to go in first. We fell in love with it immediately. The layout was really spacious and we loved the area, particularly being tucked away on a private road shared by only four houses.

The house was needing some updating though so we have redecorated throughout. We even put in new internal doors, chrome light switches and recently installed a high spec bathroom suite and en-suite. The most recent addition is the new composite front door and the 'Nest', that allows you to remotely control your central heating and hot water from a mobile app.
