My dad bought this bungalow three years ago and it looked nothing like it does today. The first thing he tackled was the double glazing and, as he had always believed in quality, he instructed ‘Everest’ to replace all the windows. He was so happy with their work that he asked them to re-fit the kitchen and the bathroom for him as well. Whilst this work was being done, he had the bungalow re-wired, replaced the boiler and all the radiators and had new loft insulation installed. The last thing he had done was to have a new roof put on the car port and new guttering, which was carried out in 2015.

I hope that the new owner will enjoy my dad’s bungalow as much as he did.
