I will really miss this place. I have had fourteen fantastic years here and it will be rather sad to leave.

I have made this property my home over the years and have replaced the kitchen, bathroom, windows and I am having the boiler replaced on 18th March. There will be nothing to do here apart from enjoying the garden and the house.

Parking is not a problem as I have a garage and being tucked away at the end of the estate its nice and quiet.

If you are in a hurry to move it won't be a problem as I have already moved out. I really hope the new owners will be as happy as I have been living here.
