The town centre is also walkable for most, whilst for a drive to work, Horsham's bypass is nicely out of earshot but just a few minutes away in the car.

We were moving down from the Croydon area as we wanted a better quality of life for our children, somewhere safe for them to grow up and better schools to give them the best start in life possible. From our research, we knew that Horsham had a much lower crime rate and the Ofsted reports were outstanding, so it soon became our first choice location.
Ad we really got lucky with Larch End and we've really loved our time here. Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul de sac, it's so lovely and quiet. The children can play outside with their friends and we never have to worry about them, or if they like they can just pop over to the recreation ground.
