With working in London during the week, getting totally away from the hustle and bustle was high on my agenda, and after viewing a lot of properties I came across this, drawn by the nature reserve, the marina, and the sea views.
I have been able to indulge in walking along the beach, sailing, and cycling and it has been wonderful.
Family commitments in another part of the country as well as work commitments in London mean I am not using the house enough to justify it anymore.
