We love this home, it has been one of the best that we have owned and it's a great place to live. It's convenience for the A3M, so easy to get to London and it's outskirts and Chichester and Portsmouth are within a short drive.

The rooms are all spacious and lots of them are twin aspect so it's always light and bright throughout. Since moving in we have decorated and re-carpeted throughout and although we had so much more planned for it we have now decided to join our daughter in Spain for six months each year and downsize in the UK.
We hope the next owner enjoys this house for all that it offers. If we could do what we want without selling it we would as it is just right for us.
