Description The property offers extremely spacious living accommodation comprising of a spacious sitting room, formal dining room and exceptional kitchen / breakfast room with all rooms providing exquisite views across either the immediate countryside or out across the Atlantic Ocean and coastline. From all rooms previously mentioned on the first floor there is access onto the generous balcony which wraps around two sides of the property and provides breath-taking views. To complete the accommodation on the first floor there is a cloakroom / WC and two storage cupboards. At ground floor level the property is entered into a generous reception area with doors leading to four bedrooms, family bathroom, cloakroom / WC, study and additional reception room / bedroom 4.

. Our clients have converted the original garage into a ground floor reception room with an opening leading to the conservatory which offers pleasant views over the immediate gardens. This reception room would work as an additional bedroom if required. Behind this reception room is a spacious utility room and rear boot room which could be converted into a kitchen and ground floor shower room, subject to any permissions required, which including the reception room could create a self contained annexe / living area if required. The master bedroom suite is of particular note as it not only features a bank of generous wardrobes fitted within the bedroom itself but also features a dressing area, wash room with low level WC, bidet and wash hand basin but also a separate en suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle and wash hand basin. The spacious family bathroom also features a bath and separate shower.

. The property is approached via a private lane which leads to a generous driveway parking area which in turns opens into the immediate gardens and courtyards that surround the property. There is a delightful sheltered private raised courtyard with various seating areas and flower beds located outside the conservatory. This is a wonderful area for alfresco dining or to sit relax and enjoy this peaceful location. To one side of the property is a lawned paddock measuring approx. 0.5 acres which is accessed via a timber gate from one of the courtyard areas. There is additional vehicular access via a 5 bar timber gate in one corner of the field. As mentioned previously this field is laid to lawn and bordered by mature hedging. This field would be ideal for those buyers wishing to either own a generous field in Cornwall or create such things as a tennis court or swimming pool subject to the necessary permissions.

. In all, this wonderful home must be viewed internally to fully appreciate the size, space and outlook this property has to offer
