We originally rented this property and didn't want to move so we were very fortunate that our landlord agreed to sell it to us. Our children love the garden, we love the open plan living and the sun rising in the main bedroom and setting on the BBQ terrace.
The location is so perfect if you like getting up into the Downs or down to the coast as it couldn't be closer to both. Work requires us to move now and we will be very sad to leave, we just hope the new owners are as happy here a we have been. We arrived as the 2 of us and leave as a family of 5!
