I lived in a similar house in East Grinstead, but liked the potential in this home as I could see what it could be.
Since moving in I have added an extension to give a breakfast/dining area as well as creating a utility room and cloakroom.
I also added two en-suites to the bedrooms and re-fitted the family bathroom. I have reconfigured the first floor layout, updated the heating system and re-wired the whole property plus re-carpeted and added high quality stone effect Karndean Flooring in the Kitchen & Breakfast area.
I'll miss the open fires, the character and entertaining guests in the kitchen.
