We have never lived on a private estate before, so didn't know what to expect, now we're not sure we would enjoy not living on one! There is a great sense of security with friendly neighbours.

We enjoy the short walk along the cycle track into Cowes to enjoy a little shopping and a meal. The house itself has been great for entertaining but also perfect for our family during the quieter times. If circumstances were different we would never leave, however we would love to pass the enjoyment of this property on to someone else as time has come for us to relocate
