We fell in love with the home the moment we walked in through the door, actually we fell in love with the location in the cul de sac and Clanfield. To be honest we did not know the area and Clanfield was recommended by a friend, what a fantastic recommendation.

We were very lucky to have such excellent neighbours they have made living here an absolute delight and over the summer months there are invites to barbecues, and in winter, Christmas get togethers.
The new owners will need to share the garden with some friends I have made over the years, the local hedge hogs, there is a little hedge hog run that I have created for them with a hole in the fence, maybe the new owners can name them!!!!!!
