What attracted us most to this bungalow when we were looking was the location.

We wanted to be close to the primary and secondary schools and wanted to be able to walk to them from here.

We also love the fact that we can be enjoying an afternoon on the sandy beach at Viking Bay within a few minutes drive from here, but also we're close to Westwood Cross for clothes & food shopping.

We've enjoyed putting our own mark on this property and will be sad to leave but we hope the next owners enjoy their time here and we are looking forward to the next project.
