Property description
Tucked away, just round the corner from local schools and shops this delightful spot offers a lovely setting.
Whether it's the large rear garden, potential to add off street parking or add that conservatory you’ve always dreamed of to make the most of the beautiful back garden, it's ready and waiting. The tall roof line begs the question of whether to tap into its huge potential and extend into the loft as many others have done and really maximise the space of this property.
The kitchen is big enough to accommodate a sit down breakfast or evening meal and the rest of the accommodation is really flexible.
There may be fights (unlikely, admittedly) over who does the washing up as looking out from the kitchen window you have a beautiful mass of colour in the garden, full of flowers, shrubs and a delightful apple tree. Thoughts will soon turn to drinks outside on a balmy summers evening and will surely be hard to ignore.
This property is being sold on behalf of a corporate client. It is marketed subject to obtaining the grant of probate and must remain on the market until contracts are exchanged. As part of a deceased’s estate it may not be possible to provide answers to the standard property questionnaire. Please refer to the agent before viewing if you feel this may affect your buying decision.
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances. What the Owner says:
Two generations of our family have lived here, my grandparents in the 60’s and then my parents liked it so much they moved in here in the 80’s!
It’s always been a lovely home and I remember popping back as a child and then later as an adult enjoying family days out in the sunny back garden which was always loved by my parents, or at least my mum, as she spent a lot of time making it colourful. My dad use to pop up into his workshop in the loft where he would craft away fantastic dolls houses for their grand-daughter.
We always used to like sitting outside under the shade of the apple tree and being with the schools nearby and with such a quiet road it’s always been the perfect place to live, and quiet, too.
