When you have had the experience of owning your own home and where you choose it to be, it does help when it comes to searching for your next home. It certainly helped us to choose our house here which we can honestly say we love to bits! The design with three good bedrooms meant we didn’t have a “box room” as a third bedroom, ideal when you have two children! A cloakroom on the ground floor is perfect when friends and family visit and avoids tripping up and downstairs just to use a toilet.
The quiet and safe setting was a winning combination for us, particularly as we can walk to what we need and access trains or motorways easily too.
