Over two decades ago I found myself forced to downsize with a retriever and two young children in tow due to a change in circumstances. I came across this bungalow and was instantly attracted by the spacious and bright entrance hall, simple layout and charming secluded garden. The location was perfect, walking distance from schools, shops, park, station, library and medical practice. I had to have it. As the years went by and my children left the nest, I stayed on because it was ticking all the boxes for me. Now I must relocate to get closer to my family. I wish the new owner many years of happiness here too.
