If we weren't relocating we could have imagined ourselves staying here for good.
We've done a lot of work to get the kitchen/diner as practical and open plan as it is and our granddaughters love coming to stay here since we transformed the first floor into what it is today. They also love the rear garden, as we do too. We really notice the benefit of backing onto the recreational park, meaning our garden is really quiet.
Of course one of the reasons we chose this bungalow is that it's so easy to go North or South as its conveniently located on the edge of the A24, whereas we use it a lot - we don't hear it. We wish the new owners the very best here.
