Property description
What a beautiful home! Unless you looked for it, you probably wouldn't know this cul de sac existed.
For anyone wanting a quiet life but with the modern day conveniences on your doorstep, then this may well be the perfect home for you.
The owners have modernised the property to include re-decorating, re-carpeting and putting in wood flooring. The decor is very tastefully done and in neutral tones, it should compliment most buyers furnishings and accessories.
The garden wraps around to the side of the house and provides a good amount of space, ideal for the children to be able to run around. The owners even had a contemporary raised water feature put in which you can imagine looking onto with a glass of wine in hand whilst sitting out on the patio.
Just a couple of minutes walk away, you can be at St Mary's Primary school so you needn't get the car out for the school run.
If you fancy a stroll, why not meander over to Victoria Park where there are designated play areas for children. In the summer, there are often events held here. If you are into fitness, you can even join in with the 5k park runs every Sunday.
What the Owner says:
When we bought in Ashford, we had lived in London for some time but liked the idea of being able to commute to the city and come away from the hustle and bustle of London life.
On our first viewing, I was literally brought to tears as I fell so completely in love with the house. The kitchen area was more than I could have wished for and I have loved having so much space to be able to entertain. Since having our daughter, it has proven to be an ideal family area too.
Living here has always felt like being in suburbia as we have plenty of greenery around. You wouldn't believe that we are only a few minutes walk to the hub of town and to Ashford International station. The scenic walk to the station is well lit and a lot of commuters do it so it has always felt very safe.
