OWNERS COMMENTS Although I have only been here for a couple of years, I can honestly say it is the best house, in the nicest location I have ever lived in. Only a change in personal circumstances sees me move to a smaller property closer to work. It is such a quiet, peaceful place to live, no one ever walks or drives past my house! Sitting in the garden at the end of a hard day at work is one of life's little luxuries that I shall definitely miss, along with the space on offer here, especially the ground floor living accommodation which is bright and sunny, in particular the conservatory. Gurnard itself is a lovely village to live, there is always something going on, and Cowes is just a few minutes away which is full of life!
