We used to live just over the road so knew the area extremely well. It’s ideally located and we had a business just down the road so the travel to work took minutes. We were at one point, going to build next to our business but we didn’t get the permission we needed so we ended up staying here.
Over the last 5 years we’ve pretty much changed the whole bungalow. The six meter extension at the rear has transformed the property and made such a difference. We often entertain and having the extra space is really handy. As well as the extension we’ve made a lot of other changes as well, there’s a new kitchen and bathroom and a new boiler and we’ve also added a lot more parking by block paving the drive.
