Why not move into the separate dining room to eat and experience the garden from a different angle (Incidentally it is low maintenance so you wont be spending back breaking hours on keeping it under control).
When friends and family start begging to come and visit not only is there plenty of entertaining space but the bedrooms are all doubles. One of the bedrooms has a shower cubicle so that your guests can benefit from their own private amenities.
Take a short walk to Tescos to replenish the fridge and if you want to shed off some of the excesses you can take a stroll along the "Crab and Winkle" way into town. Partake in some retail therapy or perhaps grab a bite to eat in one of the harbour restaurants.
"Back at the ranch" there is plenty of parking for both yourself and your guests. The double garage is really handy for the winter months and the workshop is obviously the "Mans room".

We moved here to enjoy our retirement where we could be close to the sea and be in a quiet location. My husband fell in love with the double garage and the workshop. This meant that he had plenty of space for his hobbies.
Behind the bungalow there is a storage unit which means that I am not overlooked by anyone and the owner of it comes once a week to load his van. He is a really nice man and always takes time to make sure that I am okay and have a chat.
As my family don't live in the area it is great to have enough space for them to come and stay overnight.
