When I first viewed this bungalow I was really surprised by the amount of space that there was.

The bedrooms are so huge that I even considered dividing one of them into 2 rooms. As I didn't need the extra space I never did it, but should the new owners require more bedrooms, it would be a really easy fix.

The garden is a wonderful size and very sunny, prefect for sunbathing and some peace and quiet.

Tankerton seafront and shops are very close by so my home is convenient for all the local amenities.
