We had spent every spare weekend looking for a bungalow that would suit our needs. We needed good reception space, to be on the sea side of the Canterbury Road, to have a garage, a secluded garden and to have 3 bedrooms. We were over the moon when we viewed this, although it did need an awful lot of work before we were happy with the end result. We have friends around regularly and have plenty of space for entertaining them. The new kitchen suits us perfectly and we are really proud of the result. The built in entertainment centre in the lounge makes the winter months fly by and of course as soon as the spring arrives we migrate into the garden.
