This property has been in my family for many years and my cousin loved the fact she could be out in the garden and all the locals would stop to say hello.

The bungalow is on a large plot so the garden is a big attraction. Although the bungalow is now in need of some modernisation, it offers a surprising amount of room. Niton is a lovely place to live and everyone is very friendly.

Parking is available in the village just around the corner and I have never found it difficult to get a space when visiting
