This property has been in our family since it was built and throughout that time it has been a wonderful place to live. Over the years we have made various changes and upgrades on the property and have recently had a new boiler and central heating system installed. We have also had the property rewired throughout, but we are aware that any new buyer will be looking to do more updating and changes to suite their needs and requirements.
