Our property was formerly a coal yard, when we saw it we just fell in love with the location and could visualise the potential it had. One thing that stood out for us was the coastal feel of this property. We have extended and remodelled the layout to make it our dream home.

We love cycling and the great outdoors, and have found this a great place to base ourselves, as it is close to Seabrook Primary School and easy to get to work.

This small road is very private, but we do not feel isolated and we have loved being part of the local community.
