I bought this home a couple of years ago and chose it above the many others I looked at because I could see the potential and of its location which is perfect for access to Romford Town Centre. There are lots of handy transport links and shopping facilities close by too. I've spent a lot of time refurbishing and I have installed new double glazing, as well as a new central heating system and boiler. I have upgraded the electrics and remodelled the once bathroom into a user friendly shower room. The kitchen, when I bought the home, was extremely dated this has now been completely redone to a good specification. The only reason I have decided to move is to find a home closer to family.
