The location is great here - close to everything but far enough for it to be relatively peaceful.
Local shops are handy for those last minute things and there is a choice of supermarkets within a short drive or bus ride. Schools are well thought of too so this area is perfect for families.
Of course if you love the great outdoors the South Downs are easily accessed for dog walking as well as the beach and Carats cafe just on the other side of the harbour. This house has suited us well and we are sure the new owners will be happy here.
