We have done a lot of work to the property to try and make it 'individual' including the loft conversion, which has even further potential, subject to planning, to add another bedroom.
Both being keen gardeners we have spent a lot of time making the garden as pleasant as inside the home especially with the summer house (which was inspired by ideas from The RHS Chelsea Flower Show).
With one of the bedrooms adjoining the lounge there is even scope to have a separate dining room if desired. Certainly one of our favourite rooms has to be the main bedroom upstairs as it is nice to get up in the mornings and look out through the French doors towards the garden.
